I have had the
pleasure of knowing
Kathy Walsh since
May of 2000 when I
was hired on as
Office Manager for a
Central Kentucky
concrete company. I
had never operated
Open Systems
Accounting Software
prior to my new
position and I must
admit that I was
somewhat intimidated
knowing that I had
to learn a new
accounting software
program. However,
under the diligent
and patient guidance
of Kathy, within two
weeks I was
proficient in the
Accounts Payable
program. After
"mastering" Accounts
Payable, Kathy
trained me to
operate Accounts
Receivable and
Payroll. I soon
found out that the
company wasn't using
Open Systems to it's
full potential
simply because they
had never had anyone
in the office to
utilize the
wonderful programs
offered. Kathy
brought me up to
speed on the many
aspects of Open
Systems and greatly
simplified my job.
In
October of 2003 I
opened my own
business and it goes
without saying that
Kathy Walsh and
Dynamic Accounting
Solutions was the
only choice for me!
Kathy came to my
home, installed Open
Systems and trained
me on even more
programs! But the
greatest thing about
Kathy is that she is
never further than a
phone call away. If
I have a problem
with Open Systems,
which I might add
has ALWAYS been user
error, Kathy talks
me through my
mistakes via phone.
